Lotte Center Hanoi is Vietnam’s second tall skyscraper, it was built in
Hanoi.
This building has 65 floors with modern architectural styles. The contractor
of the project is Callison company, US.
As of November 2010, Vietnam's tallest building is the Keangnam Hanoi Landmark
Tower with 72 floors. Lotte Center Hanoi includes many offices,
entertainment areas, shopping malls, and a national convention center.
The project with a total capital up to $ 400 million and a land area with
14 094 m2, 247,075 square meters of floor area, 5 basements, 65 floors above with the
height of 267 meters. Basement 1 is Lotte Mart supermarket. From the 1st to
the 6th floor is Lotte business center, 7 to 31 is office for business. Floors from
33 to 64 include 233 condominium rooms and 300 hotel rooms.
The building was opened on September 2, 2014.
The tower was designed by Callison company and inspired by ao dai of Vietnam.
