Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower is a complex of
hotel-office-apartment-commercial center. It lies on Pham Hung Street, in the south of
Tu Liem District, Hanoi. This complex is invested by the South Korea-based
company named Keangnam Enterprises,
Ltd.
Tower was handed over from March 20, 2011, in the end of December 2011,
there were 780 households moved here to live.
With a total area of 609,673 square meters, Keangnam Hanoi Landmark
Tower is Vietnam's tallest building (350m). It can be considered as a symbol
for economic growth of Vietnam in promoting Hanoi’s development. The investment capital
for this complex is estimated $1.05 billion USD.
Since 2011, Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower has been the tallest building in
Vietnam. Landmark 72 complex is centrally located in the new urban area of
Hanoi, Vietnam. With two 50-storey apartment buildings and one 72-storey
tower, Keangnam Hanoi Landmark Tower is known as a small city in the heart of
Hanoi.
Apartment building includes 922 luxury apartments with modern facilities
such as fitness center, swimming pool and shopping area. Commercial area is the
biggest shopping mall in Southeast Asia Parkson with Lotte modern cinema.
Landmark on the 72 floor can accommodate up to 2,000 people held in
outdoor events with outdoor pool and bars outside. With 350m from altitude, you can
enjoy panorama of Hanoi in 72-floor observatory.
