Pho is a traditional dish of Vietnam, Pho can also be considered as one of
the typical dishes for Vietnamese cuisine.
The main components of noodles are noodles and broth (or “broth” in a
known way of Southern provinces) along with sliced thin beef or chicken. Also
accompanying condiments such as soy sauce, pepper, lemon juice, fish sauce,
chili ... These spices are added according to the user's taste.
In some big cities, people usually eat pho throughout the day. The
southern provinces of Vietnam and some other regions, pho are displayed with a
vegetable dish, which includes: onion, basil, coriander…
However, eating pho in Hanoi does not usually have vegetables. Pho or beef
noodle soup usually is chicken, (sometimes, there are some other variations as
pork noodle soup, shrimp soup, frog noodle).
Water used for noodles in broth usually gets from beef bones (if
housewives do not have much experience to deodorize cow bone, they may be
replace it by pork bone). In addition, there are many other spices including
cinnamon, salmon, grilled ginger, cardamom, cloves, coriander, roasted
shallots.
Meat used is beef noodle soup (with enough muscle meat, encrusted, made re
bucket or ripe) or chicken (boiled old chicken, torn fresh meat for tasty
meat). "Noodle" is traditionally made from rice flour, coated with a
thin sheet and cut into fibers. Pho is always enjoyed while it is still hot.
